Samsung Galaxy M31 is reported to be powered by the Exynos 9611 SoC, pack up to 6GB RAM, offer up to 128GB of internal storage. The back cameras are reported to include a 64-megapixel main sensor, a wide-angle sensor, a depth sensor, and a macro lens.
